International standard for Quality Management Systems. Our ISO 9001 certification means every process at SOLDER — from order intake through final inspection — operates within a documented, audited quality framework focused on consistency, traceability, and continuous improvement.

Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies The global benchmark for PCB assembly quality. Our IPC-A-610 certification confirms that our inspectors are trained and qualified to evaluate solder joints, component placement, and workmanship to internationally recognized acceptance criteria — including Class 3 for defense and high-reliability applications.

Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies The industry standard for cable and wire harness quality. Our IPC-A-620 certification covers the full scope of our wire harness assembly operations — ensuring that crimping, termination, routing, and protection meet defined workmanship standards for demanding applications in defense, medical, and industrial sectors

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about SOLDER services

What is Micro Soldering and what are its benefits?

Micro soldering is a precision soldering technique for extremely small and complex components on printed circuit boards. The benefits include 10 times more precision than conventional soldering, minimal damage to adjacent components, and the ability to work with components as small as 0402 and smaller suitable for repairing cell phone boards, computers, and medical equipment.

Do you perform rework repairs on complex boards?

Yes, we perform professional rework repairs on multi-layer boards, including BGA, QFN and CSP component replacement. All repairs are performed in accordance with IPC-A-610, ensuring the quality of the soldering and the close inspection of each board

What types of braids and wiring do you manufacture?

We manufacture custom cable braids to customer specifications — power braids, signal braids, network cables, RF cables, and internal wiring for enclosures and assemblies. The work is performed according to the IPC-A-620 standard with continuity and tread resistance tests

    Do you do prototypes?

Absolutely. We do Quick-Turn Prototyping — from a few single units to small series. Prototyping includes manual assembly, electrical testing (ICT/Functional Test), and full documentation of the assembly process

What IPC and ISO standards do you work to?

We work to three key standards: IPC-A-610 (Electronic Assembly Acceptance), IPC-A-620 (Requirements and Acceptances for Cable Harnesses and Wiring), and are registered as a supplier to the Israeli Ministry of Defense - ISO 9001 (International Quality Management System). The standards ensure consistency, reliability and quality

What are your response and delivery times?

We offer flexible response times depending on the project requirements: expedited deliveries within 24–48 hours for small projects, up to 5–10 business days for more complex projects. We are happy to coordinate an exact schedule according to the client's needs
